Letter from the CEO

Dear Investor,

I would like to start the practice of periodically communicating directly to you on ForceLogix Technologies Inc’s progress.

In 2009, we solidified our revenue base with many companies now using the Optimizer platform, including Motorola, Lenovo and Corning. We are extremely proud to have assembled a client base of top companies which is comprised of many Fortune 500 Companies. In so doing, we have achieved our strategic objective of selling to the leading innovators.

Transitioning our client base from mid-sized U.S. companies to top U.S. companies has made a significant impact on our business bookings and revenue will follow in 2010. Project implementation in large complex organizations has extended the time to project completion and, consequently, revenue recognition.

We are positioned to grow organically as we add new services to our Optimizer platform and add to the number of brands we promote. We also expect our new alliance with Callidus Software Company also to help drive our growth by giving us access to their client base.

In 2009 along with growing the business, the brand, and completing the Qualifying Transaction on the TSXV, we completed an acquisition that brings our software development team in house and broadens our scope as a company to enable us to sell development services to our customer base and beyond.

While this year has proved challenging for many companies, we are on the track with having completed the Qualifying Transaction to invest in our sales and marketing efforts. We are the leading supplier of measurement coaching tools, for sales management and our largest client, maintains their leadership position in pharmaceutical contract sales outsourcing. We continue to maintain a stellar renewal rate and are in the process of renewing and expanded contracts with all of our major clients. Consequently we remain optimistic about the future prospects of the company and look forward to updating you on our progress.
