Patrick Stakenas is President and CEO of ForceLogix. Patrick has over 20 years of industry executive and entrepreneurial experience and has served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations at CCC Information Services, FileNet, and OpenText. He also started the US Operations for an international CRM company, where he successfully grew annual revenue to $14 million within 18 months which led to a successful acquisition. Earlier in his career, Patrick served for 13 years with Moore Corporation in various sales management and executive roles where he created the foundation for what is now ForceLogix' industry leading Sales Force Optimizer suite of solutions. He is a frequent guest lecturer on sales performance management, customer relationship management and the importance of creating customer-centric organizations.
Patrick earned his B.S. Business Administration and Marketing from Ferris State University and holds an Executive Management Certificate, Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Business.

Steve Potts is Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Steve has both start-up and enterprise software experience and has served as a senior sales executive with some of the world’s largest software organizations including Geac, IBM/Tivoli and Oracle. He has also served as a key executive with three successful start-up companies - Connect, CrossWorlds and Informative - each of which led to an IPO or strategic acquisition.
Steve earned his B.S. Business Administration and Management from the University of Texas.
Tim Hackett, Vice President of Sales, is responsible for all aspects of ForceLogix revenue generation. Tim brings over twenty years of sales and leadership experience at technology companies within both the global enterprise and start-up levels such as EMC Corporation, Storage Networks, and most recently, Gryphon Networks. He has designed and implemented successful processes for Enterprise sales, recruitment and retention, performance management, and Channel development throughout the United States and Europe.
Tim earned his B.S. Finance from Boston College.
Scott Springgate, Senior Vice President of Services and Support, is responsible for the development and delivery of solutions to ForceLogix' world class customers. Scott’s experience over the past 20 years includes executive roles managing service organizations for both start-up and enterprise companies. Prior to Forcelogix, Scott functioned as Vice President Technical Services, Americas for Siebel Systems having been one of its first 100 employees. Scott was responsible for Americas based technical consulting services including: Technical Account Management, Expert Services, Technical Support and Implementation Effectiveness. Scott’s business units employed 240 professionals generating over $280 million annually.
Scott earned his Bachelors degree in Economics and Political Science from The University of Michigan
Wayne Hall, Vice President of Sales - Asia Pacific, is responsible for the delivery of solutions to ForceLogix' Asia Pacific customers. Wayne’s experience over the past 15 years includes executive roles in managing sales and telesales organizations for both start-up and enterprise companies. He served as head of Tele-Service/Sales for CCC Information Services, where he led the team through a successful acquisition. He has managed international deployment strategies for the US and Asia markets which required software localization and translation.
Wayne earned his B.A. Marketing from the University of Auckland in New Zealand.

Troy Wing, Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for the technology and product direction at ForceLogix. He has been managing CRM software development for over 15 years and brings extensive experience with enterprise architecture, database design and OnDemand applications. As Vice President of Software Design and Development at StayinFront, Troy oversaw 60 engineers in Software Development, Quality Assurance and Technical Support. He also has considerable expertise in data integration, localization and synchronization with Software as a Service (SaaS) applications.
Troy earned his Bachelor’s Degree and Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Auckland in New Zealand.
