Patrick Stakenas, President and CEO of ForceLogix.
Patrick has over 20 years of industry executive and entrepreneurial experience and has served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations at CCC Information Services, FileNet, and OpenText. He also started the US Operations for an international CRM company, where he successfully grew annual revenue to $14 million within 18 months which led to a successful acquisition. Earlier in his career, Patrick served for 13 years with Moore Corporation in various sales management and executive roles where he created the foundation for what is now ForceLogix' industry leading Sales Force Optimizer suite of solutions. He is a frequent guest lecturer on sales performance management, customer relationship management and the importance of creating customer-centric organizations.
Patrick earned his B.S. Business Administration and Marketing from Ferris State University and holds an Executive Management Certificate, Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Business.

Steve Potts, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development.
Steve has both start-up and enterprise software experience and has served as a senior sales executive with some of the world’s largest software organizations including Geac, IBM/Tivoli and Oracle. He has also served as a key executive with three successful start-up companies - Connect, CrossWorlds and Informative - each of which led to an IPO or strategic acquisition. Informative built the first Software as a Service (SaaS) Social Networking platform for business.
Steve earned his B.S. Business Administration and Management from the University of Texas.
Tim Hackett, Vice President of Worldwide Sales.
Tim is responsible for all aspects of ForceLogix revenue generation. Tim brings twenty-two years of leadership experience encompassing Sales, Business Development and Product Marketing for global enterprise, emerging, and start-up technology companies. His background includes solutions spanning Enterprise Infrastructure, Managed Services, and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings at industry leaders such as EMC2 Corporation, Storage Networks, and most recently, Gryphon Networks. Tim has designed and implemented successful processes for Enterprise sales, recruitment, retention, performance management, and Channel development throughout the United States and Europe.
Tim earned his B.S. Finance from Boston College.
Marcel Skácel, Vice President - Development and Technology Services.
Marcel is responsible for the development and delivery of ForceLogix' award winning solutions. Marcel’s experience over the past 20 years includes executive roles managing development for both start-up and enterprise companies. Prior to ForceLogix, Marcel was co-founder of XenoWize, a leading developer of Software as a Service solutions that was recently merged with ForceLogix to increase the company’s ability to maintain market leadership on the sales performance management space.
Michael C Saddoris, Vice President - Service and Support.
Mike is responsible for the delivery services and support of ForceLogix' award winning solutions. Mike's experience over the past 15 years includes managing global enterprise companies. Prior to ForceLogix, Mike was co-founder of XenoWize, a leading developer of Software as a Service solutions that was recently merged with ForceLogix to increase the company’s ability to maintain market leadership on the sales performance management space.
